Hey Everyone! I switched back from Green Plan to Blue Plan but for this video I did include point values for all Plans! Here are some ideas and obviously you can adjust them to what you are liking or what will fit your plan the best. I have 23 points in a day and I usually eat them all, but today I only ate 20/23 because I did eat a lot of zero point foods. When I do that, I try to keep that in mind and not eat all my points bc I know what I ate had calories that I wanted to account for.
