Foccacia Measurements - (add to bread maker in this order)
8oz water
2 tsp active dry yeast
2 tsp sugar
320g flour
40g vital wheat gluten (sub flour if you dont have this)
1 tsp salt

Place in a round pan with a little spray oil on bottom to rise, add cracked sea salt and rosemary, bake 350-20 min
