Hey Guys,

Hope you´re having a lovely Easter Sunday🌷🐣 It´s been a little while since I shared a What I Eat In A Day video, so I thought I would show you what I eat on an average day on vacation when I´m in a hot and tropical place like Tulum. Has anyone been to Tulum yet? 😍 As you guys know, every day is different and I prefer to look at a whole week regarding hitting all my nutrient requirements rather than just looking at one day. I also tend to crave different food when I´m on the beach and LOVED all the fresh fruits in Tulum. The Papaya and mangoes were unreal!! So sweet, ripe and juicy, literally tasted like candy.🤤

What I love the most about a plant-based whole foods lifestyle is that I have been able to eat as much as I wanted at every single meal for the last 5 years now and have never struggled with maintaining my body shape. I really believe that it's more about WHAT you eat and not only about HOW MUCH. 💕

Do you guys want a part 2 where I show you what I order when I eat out and crave something different? :-) Tulum had some amazing vegan restaurants!
