2tsp baking powder
1tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
Whisk dry ingredients together to get out clumps

2eggs whisk until frothy
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1/4 cup milk
1tsp vanilla extract

Whisk wet ingredients together and slowly add in dry ingredients to make the batter.
Put in greased donut pan or muffin tin.
Put in air fryer at 175C for 10 minutes.

Air fryer crispy chicken tenders with honey garlic sauce
100g (3/4 cup) einkorn flour (or regular flour)
1tsp black pepper
1tsppaprika
1tsp Onion powder
1 tsp Garlic salt (or 1 tsp salt and 1tsp garlic powder)
Put these ingredients into a shallow bowl.

120g corn flakes and crush up into a shallow bowl.
1 egg with a splash of milk in a shallow bowl and mix it up.

Take a 300g pack of chicken breast and cut them into strips.
Dip them in the flour mixture then the egg mixture and then the corn flake mixture.

Place them in the air fryer 180c for 15 mins.

Honey sauce:
3tbsp honey or allulose syrup
1tbsp chili flakes or red pepper flakes
2tsp garlic flakes
Take 2 or 3 tbsp of butter and add to a skillet.
Once melted add the sauce mixture. Once it starts simmering you can add your chicken tenders and toss around to coat each one in the sauce.

Broccoli tots
Steam or boil a head of broccoli until fork tender. But not mushy!
Smash the broccoli with a fork and add the following ingredients.
2/3 cup of pork rind powder or bread crumbs or corn bread crumbs
1 cup of shredded cheese
1 egg

Braised short ribs in the crock pot

Take 1kg of short ribs and 1 onion chopped and place in a crock pot.
Sauce:
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup brown rice syrup or allulose or less (I would avoid honey since it has a strong flavor) the babies like it seeeter so I do a 1 to 1 ratio of soy sauce and sweetener. If you don’t want it as sweet you can add half the amount.
1/4 cup White Cooking wine or mirin Japanese cooking alcohol
1 or 2tbsp minced garlic
1/2tsp black pepper.
1tbsp sesame oil

Let cook on high for 3 hours in crock pot. During the last hour. Add potatoes carrots or mushrooms.

Carrot fritters
Take one big carrot and finely grate it.
You don’t need to drain the water from the carrot.
Add about half the amount of shredded cheese as your carrot amount. Doesn’t need to be exact.
2 pinches of salt (depending on size of carrot and the saltiness of the cheese it could be more or less. Since the egg isn’t added yet you can give it a taste and decide.
1 egg
Add bought flour to soke up egg the egg and for a dough that sticks together.

Form the shape of patties.
Air fry on 180c for 15-20 mins

Try these simple recipes and enjoy wholesome, delicious meals with your family!
