Boston has a growing vegan scene and there are some awesome options. I hit up an amazing vegan food truck called Bartleby's. The owner, Stephanie, makes vegan fried chicken sandwiches on pretzel buns. From there, I went to the Boston Public Market and visited a vegan baker! Jennifer Lee makes some outstanding vegan pastries.
