RECIPES -
Berry Superfood Smoothie
2 bananas
2 cups blueberries
6 dates
1 cup water
1 tbsp mushroom powder - amzn.to/2OjJSI9
1 tbsp cacao powder
1 tbsp spirulina
1 tsp cinnamon
Blend until smooth, serves 2

Creamy Squash Soup

Noodle Stir Fry
1 package rice noodles
3 cups stir fry vegetables
2 tbsp coconut aminos
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp ginger powder
In a saucepan bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Add in your noodles and cook 5 minutes or until soft. Drain noodles and add your vegetables, coconut aminos and spices into pan over medium heat. Cover and let cook 5 minutes. Pour over top of noodles, and top with sesame seeds.
