Talking about some of the confusion surrounding the Playstation 5 Tempest 3D audio system and headset compatibility.
So far, it looks like the Playstation Pulse 3d Wireless Headset will be fully compatible with the Tempest 3D audio at launch. It also appears that any headset that can connect to the PS5 via USB or by connecting to the DualSense Controllers 3.5mm headset jack will be compatible at launch as well, though Sony has not specifically confirmed this. Tempest 3d will not work with TV Speakers, Soundbars, or Surround sound speakers at launch.
