Under normal circumstances this will never happen unless you get an Extremis spawn that ends up killing your team after the prompt to detonate is given. That or you're stuck with an underleveled player trying to level up their Master-crafted weapons in a high difficulty. It would be nice if they bothered to throw more enemies at you though. Acheron chimes in twice to tell you to detonate the promethium and then you have a minute to do just that.
So far this is the only mission to have this alternate fail condition. Waiting too long to launch the Atreus or the train doesn't trigger any lines and the other missions involve boss fights. The Swarm section of Decapitation, while having lines for taking too long to drop the bridge on the Hive Tyrant, does not have fail state for letting that go on.

That theme makes me want to cry with how nice it is. I could only grab 6 clean seconds of it but I really need to go isolate that entire little showcase to listen to it while Kamone is explaining the pictures.
Every new characters theme have been bangers except Tsurugis. Kaguya and Ogre in particular are easily Top 10 or Top 5 material for me and Izumi is looking closer to Top 3.
For those who dont know, every stage is associated with a character.
Hyde - Metropolitan Centre
Linne- Highrise
Wald- Park
Carmine- Crimson Parking Lot
etc
No character that isnt a guest character is without their own stage. So why 2?
