What happens when a bank is warned that its accounts are allegedly being used to support terrorism—and continues operating them anyway?

Nitsana discusses cases involving Arab Bank, Bank of China and Lebanese Canadian Bank, describing allegations that these institutions continued providing financial services connected to Hamas or Hezbollah despite warnings or knowledge about how particular accounts were being used.

The principle behind Shurat HaDin's strategy is simple: terrorist organizations require financial infrastructure to operate. When institutions knowingly provide that infrastructure, Shurat HaDin works to hold them accountable through the courts.
