So Street Fighter 6 has been out for a hot minute and the game balance philosophy has been pretty clear. When they want someone to actually be good, they will brute force the issue until it happens. This can be applied to every character in the game, however its clear that not everyone in the game is gonna get that preferential treatment so lets talk about it.
