Many people are afraid of traveling to Mexico, let alone traveling solo. I usually say "safety in numbers", but this was my first time traveling around Baja Mexico by myself all the way from the southern region of Baja California Sur back to the United States. I've been to Baja three times now and this was the first time I felt comfortable enough to travel on my own. So I'm also letting you in on my tips to keep safe when you travel by yourself to Mexico and navigate through some of the challenges there.
