It's been one year since my sister Naomi died & if you're watching this video grieving or in anticipatory grief or just to learn about how grief is - I'm grateful you're here, sorry if you're part of this club and I'm sending genuine love if you're hurting right now. It still feels as unreal to type that my sister died as it did one year ago; this year has been horrific in many ways - one step forward and 5 steps back, physical pain and being unable to feel present or if I ever will feel any genuine happiness without the stab of the person I most want to share that with. Along with real highs, amazing moments that I have to be grateful for.

I hope this reaches someone it helps; all experiences are my own from a grieving sister so please be kind in the comments - this is all about opening up a really vulnerable state which is grief so we don't have to hide it in the shadows. It's bringing our loved ones to life by speaking about them, honouring them in how much we miss them and creating a community where we can share these thoughts and feelings.
