After 63 days since the last Starship flight, this afternoon, SpaceX launched the vehicle again. In order to address some issues that occurred on the last flight test, changes were made to things like the upper stage engine ignition sequence, along with general hardware maintenance for both stages. Unlike the last flight, this time we saw a successful boostback burn of the first stage followed by an impact in the ocean.
As for the upper stage, its flight included the first-ever deployment of real Starlink V3 satellites, followed by the longest in-space Raptor relight and an eventual splashdown in the Indian Ocean.
