What Does This Desperado Rework Mean? - Bloons TD 6

It's desperado time. This map is pretty funky, I wasn't expecting this twist so my orignal plan of doing MAD was put to a stand still but I was still able to find a very interesting solution with the desert phantom so that's cool.
