We're in the middle of hurricane season with storms hitting regularly this summer and fall.
While cities and towns rush to evacuate in the path of a storm, journalists rush toward the action to bring live coverage of hurricanes and tropical storms as they hit.
So, what does it take to cover a major storm?
Meteorologists Royal Norman and Pete Mangione sit down with Arizona's Family photojournalist Nick Sanchez and reporter Steven Sarabia, who just got back from covering Hurricane Lala in Hawaii.
Nick and Steven share their experience covering the hurricane before it hit, in the middle, and in the aftermath.
The tropics remain very active, with several named storms brewing in the Pacific Ocean.
