Chester Cemetery in Hobart,Indiana He was the second son of Constance McClain Booty and Charles Henry Booty, born in Chicago, IL, August 1, 1889. His father died of pnemonia at the age of 33, in 1895. His mother's second husband was Charles E. Chester. His older brother Charles Henry kept their father's surname, and his younger brother, George Robert adopted his step-father's surname. Frank's ending here on earth was tragic--he had served in WW1 and evidently came home suffering for years from what today is known as PTSD. He became "suddenly and violently insane" and was shot and killed by his sister-in-law in self defense after trying to kill her and her mother.
