It’s easy to overlook the little things that truly brighten our days. But taking a moment to appreciate life’s simple pleasures—like a hot shower, new socks, or a stranger’s smile—can make all the difference. This video encourages us (and our students) to slow down and reflect on the small joys that fulfill us. Ask students about the simple pleasures they enjoy. Compare with each other and then my own simple pleasures in life. Hope you enjoy them too!
