There are moments when you're not actually confused about what to do. You already know. You're just hoping you can postpone the discomfort of doing it.

I know that place.

You tell yourself you'll start Monday. You'll make the call when you're ready. You'll have the conversation when the timing is better. You'll take the step when you feel more confident.

But here's what I've learned. You don't build certainty by waiting for it. You build certainty by making a decision and then watching yourself follow through.

Every time you keep a promise to yourself, you strengthen your self-trust.

Every time you take the next step, you create momentum.

And every time you choose inaction when you know it's time to move, you're practicing staying where you are.

So ask yourself honestly, what have you been calling a delay that is really a decision?

Tell me in the comments. What are you choosing to move on today?
