This is a rundown of my thoughts/predictions on what the best perks are for each character in Overwatch (and which heros benefit the most from them) for the coming patch that adds perks to the BASE GAME for some reason. If any OW devs are reading this, please make this a permanent arcade mode or just add these abilities to the characters directly, a perk system adds WAY too much to memorize which will drive away experienced players and especially new ones if it's in the main game. The free level up loot boxes and hero bans being added are really cool additions though.
