You can opt for a Variable Interest Home Loan whereby the interest rate is set according to market conditions. Otherwise, you can choose to go for a Fixed and Variable Home Loan whereby the first 36 months from the contract date shall be on a lower, fixed-rate than the variable one.
MeDirect is currently not charging any Bank Processing and Legal Fees. We are also offering a partial refund on the notarial fees involved in purchasing a home. To simplify your home loan experience, we can provide flexible meeting times, both at our branch and remotely.
