Here's a promo for The Ray Rayner Show on WGN Channel 9, with Mr. Rayner himself encapsulating what will go on in the 90 minutes (7am to 8:30am) his show is on.

Here, he stands in front of a drawing of Bugs Bunny, and in the course of this promo, a short snippet of the 1956 cartoon "Napoleon Bunny-Part" is shown.

This promo aired on local Chicago TV early Monday, January 1st 1979 during the 3:30am to 4:30am timeframe. (previous to this we found another airing of this same promo - seen here: youtu.be/3VX9i-IbZcs - but this new posting is higher quality)
