Axolotl 400km/h KSP stock catamaran - Monte Karlo Kerballing Challenge

Original Description:
This is my entry to the Monte Karlo Kerballing Subscriber Challenge 2.0 hosted by Bradley Whistance.
This Craft “Axolotl” is a fast catamaran that partially lifts itself out of the water to achieve speeds of up to 110m/s (400km/h). It completes the River Kile course in 02:12:47 (Start 00:00:47, End 02:13:34). It gets over the land bridges with landing gear.
The Challenge I gave myself was the combination of the classes Formula K, Stock Propeller and Extreme Yachting. So I can only use stock (base game + DLCs) parts, no staging, no reaction wheels, only propellers to provide thrust, minimal part clipping and the vessel should be “splashed” most of the time. Technically I also used a g-force limit and the low altitude height limit but those aren't really hard using a boat.
The craft is propelled by two medium motors powered by 16 RTGs hidden inside those hollow structural fuselages. I also disabled the reaction wheel of the used cockpit. The craft looks simple but it took a lot of tweaking and more than 20 iterations to prevent the boat from either nose diving and crashing or lifting off and crashing.
