Another new toy for my other hobby; airsoft. Man, when I was 13 years old, airsoft was just becoming a thing, and I remember how unbelievabIy expensive it was! There also wasn't anywhere near the selection of weapons to choose from back then. It was all M4s, AKs, and MP-5s, and they were really unreliable and easy to damage. Most of them were made of cheap plastic and were either spring powered or electric, and both methods kind of sucked. The springer needed to be cocked after every shot, and the AEGS were constantly jamming, sounded ridiculous and required you to wind up the bottom of the magazines to feed the bbs into the gun. Last time I checked, AEGs are still pretty much the same. I never liked them. That's when companies finally started making full metal and wood guns that are gas-powered. Squirt a little bit of green gas into the bottom of the magazine and you're good to go! Not only are these GBBs much more powerful, but they function using the same principles as the real guns they are based on; thus being more reliable! They're loud, built well, and kick like a gun should! I also have a Thompson M1A1 gbbr and Remington 870.
I don't compete in airsoft matches because look at me; but I do so enjoy the relaxing backyard plinking session! Put on a little music, maybe do a J, and keep my marksmanship skills up-to-date! Next video will be synth-related, I promise. 😎
