"In this video, the schematic process of wet spinning of polyacrylnitrile fibers is shown. The polymer is solved in Dimethylformamide. The solution is pumped by the syringe pump into a water bath, in which polyacrylnitrile is insoluble, so the polymer precipitates. Due to the process parameters, a fiber can be formed and taken out from the water bath. "
