man people do not inject with alcohol, and thats fine, the specimen will just rot from the inside out. the method shown in the video will allow your specimens to last for decades to come, but not forever. if you wish for them to last forever (or at least an extremely extremely long time) you will have to buy formalin as i mentioned in this video and find a different tutorial.
