With just over two weeks to go until the Southampton Boat Show, the local Southampton community were called upon to take part in a beach clean to protect and support their iconic coastal habitat and wildlife.
The clean, which is organised by Boat the Show, is one of a number of environmental commitments introduced by British Marine to build on its long-term pledge to reduce the environmental impact of this iconic Show.
The event was held alongside the Friends of Weston-shore who regularly carry out beach cleans within the area.
