Westminster Council Road Sweeper Blocks The Embankment Cafe 25 Victoria Embankment London With His Cart Whilst On The Phone
The Hi-Vis waistcoat may say “City Of Westminster Clean Streets” but it doesn’t say I will block the entrance / exit to a business by leaving my cart in the way while I am on my phone, unfortunately I didn’t get to film the part where a family trying to leave asked him politely many times to move his cart but he ignored them as he was busy on his phone, in the end they struggled to move it!
