A failed product - the Westinghouse Matchbook tube. This, type number WX3506, is basically a 6AG5 made into a very strange glass envelope, somewhat like a glass PopTart. The idea was to try a new way of making low cost rugged tubes, but they had a fatal flaw that doomed the product.
