West Somerset Railway hold the annual spring gala usually held in March with the trackwork being replace at Minehead it was put back another month to April just before May bank holiday. Interesting lineup for the gala was put up with no less then 9 steam engines running. With a few first time visitors just 5199 from Llangollen Railway, a first pairing of two 4F's in preservation with thanks to visiting 43924 with home fleet 44422. A last minute visitor 76017 from Mid Hants Railway to cover 7F 53809 incase she didn't make it! But she did in the end and hauling its own train as well!
