Wesley Huff, PHD Candidate, addresses a common laymen objection to the Bible: “The Bible is a copy of a copy of a copy…” and “Kings or Popes could have inserted their views into the Bible.” In doing so, he replies to comedian David Cross who raised this laymen objection during a comedic routine. Huff provides proof that the Bible can be trusted and that it’s not the result of a long game of
Telephone. Wesley provides a great defense of the Bible and the Christian faith! I then reflect on David’s modern snobbery.
