Starting today, WeRide #Robotaxis can be booked and paid for directly through the Tencent Mobility Service mini program in the WeChat app – enabled by our expanded strategic partnership with Tencent Cloud.
With access to WeChat’s powerful ecosystem, our Robotaxis can now reach a wider user base, increasing ride frequency and order demand – paving the way for fully driverless Robotaxi commercialization.
Guangzhou is just the beginning. We're preparing to expand to more cities, and our Robotaxis will soon be available via Tencent Maps, offering even more options for autonomous ride‑hailing. Globally, our Robotaxis are also integrated with Uber, Grab, and TXAI.
WeRide and Tencent Cloud have built a strong foundation over years of collaboration.
