This isn’t a kit car. It’s not a replica. It’s not even close to stock.

In this episode, we dive back into our hand-built Karmann Ghia–based drift car and fabricate a custom rear bash bar with an integrated brake light. Every part on this car is either modified, remade, or completely reimagined — and today’s work is no exception.

From metal shaping to structural fab, this is what building a car from scratch really looks like. No bolt-on kits. No shortcuts. Just time, tools, and probably a few bad decisions.
