We've decided to home search in Dallas, TX which has one of the worst housing markets with delusion home sellers and climbing interest rates. It's supposed to be a buyer's market as homes will no longer sell for the asking price and linger 100+ days on the market, but right now, even during the holidays, sellers will not budge. It doesn't help that we barely have any money going into this home-buying process. But let's embrace the house-poor lifestyle!
