We’re opening a building that shows what city government looks like when it works for the people. Later this year, New Yorkers and visitors alike will be able to take in the view from the top of the Dinkins Municipal Building—free and open to the public. Because New York City doesn’t belong to the powerful or the privileged. It belongs to all of us. And we’re fighting every day to build a city where our public spaces reflect that promise.
