Looking for something to do this weekend? Radiolab has a FREE live show with all sorts of stories about fruit in NYC. It’s at Little Island (in The Glade) at 5:00 p.m. every night, Fri July 31, Sat Aug 1, and Sun Aug 2. No tickets needed, just show up!
We’ll have all sorts of stories about fruit, both scientific and evolutionary, but also deeply human and personal and poetic. We’ll also have live musical accompaniment by Rafiq Bhatia and even some fruit you can try yourself (that you’ve probably never tasted before).
As for Salim: you can normally find him on the corner of Columbus and 68th Ave – EXCEPT right now he is in Morocco and will be back in mid-September. @Salim_Maati
