Everybody loves to hate on floppy disks. But if a box of disks found in a garage after more than 30 years still work, how bad could they have been?
First and foremost... many, many apologies for the horrible audio quality in this video. In a reflection on the the Apple //c screen you can see a nice, Blue mic... but my audio recording software decided to record from the analog mic port that didn't have a mic connected. :(
In this video I'm just reminiscing a bit about floppy disks and the old Salem Public Library. I can't believe that these disks work at all. I kept saying 30 years in the video, but it's actually 35 years. Ouch.
