This whole marriage proposal was $0. Her reaction was priceless.
So the plan was to propose to Chriselle at Alpharetta High School (the high school where we met), but I wanted it to be extra special, sentimental, and a huge surprise! I reached out to my high school video teacher almost a month ago asking if it was possible to play a video on the Jumbotron...he responded back saying it was MORE than possible and that we could ever have it during halftime of one of the most packed football games of the year (senior night)😱. Yea I got instantly nervous but then he added we could coordinate with the marching band, and have the audience help, and I could feel my heart beating out of my chest. After confirming the date, I checked the weather almost every day, only to see that the proposal date had a 90% chance of thunderstorms. Fast forward a month later and here it is!
Thanks to everyone that put their love and energy into making this marriage proposal possible. I'm still processing all that happened. I remember Chriselle telling me she didn't think we'd last a week, yet here we are. Almost 10 years later. 😏😂
