well, today is my b-day&since these two are my fav crossover
couple, I made this for myself lol...

here's the story;
dean&elena were in love, but he broke up with her 'cause he
knows how dangerous his job is... 4 months later, he needs
to go back in Mystic Falls because of a case&face Elena...
she goes to him, tells him she loves him, but he rejects her,
cause he doesn't want to put her in danger, but on her way
back home, Elena has an accident&ends up in hospital nearly
dead... Dean asks Cas to help her&he does, but he asks him
