Wemo Stage Smart Scene Controller is a smart button made just for HomeKit. It has three physical buttons that can each do a single press and long press combination, giving you 6 individual scenes to control. It comes with a wall mountable faceplate, or can be used stand alone by your couch or table.
Wemo says it is "Thread Ready" but it still has not received the update, and currently still only works with Bluetooth Low Energy.
For $50 I would wait until the Thread update comes around, and perhaps more competition later in the year will offer better value.
Right now I still think the Hue Dimmer Remote is the best value for smart buttons.
