I DID see this coming and I feel like I did a good job of slowing down enough before it hit that it didn't take me all the way out. So, progress ? I'm still learning when and how to take a step back, breathe, and enjoy the present for what it is - instead of trying to orchestrate how the future could be. In this video I turn to my favorite therapeutic activities to slow down and relax - drawing and painting.

I have a special project in mind for the crawl space opening that involves acrylics. I haven't used them in so long, and I hadn't tried them with this new style/technique I've fallen for, creating the perfect opportunity for me to do yet another art experiment! Let's hope I can take all the lessons from these tests and make something great to add to the new studio space!
