Our welfare workers are at the heart of what we do. In 2019 we supported more than 71,000 members of our RAF Family. We couldn't do what we do without the support of our sister charities and their caseworkers Shortlisted for going the extra mile for our beneficiaries in 2019 were Nigel Andrews, Michael Maidment and Michael Morrison. Congratulations to Michael Maidment for being awarded the Welfare Caseworker of the Year.
