How I'm trying to suck less. That was the title of last Friday's video.

It started with that.... and my ninja moves of course. I've been busy implementing about 7 things to improve myself: less screens, more workouts, more time in scripture, less alcohol, more whole foods, less news, and more outside time. Simple.

Right?

I'm workin on it. And I challenged you all to join me in sucking less too. So here's your (our) Friday butt kicking to make sure you (we) stay on track and keep each other motivated to change our lives and those around us.
