We have a few announcements to make for 2019, and then we are going to get right into Season 6.
Some viewers might be surprised to learn that not everybody in your meeting knows about QuakerSpeak yet, but that is changing. If you want to give us a hand and let your community know about this valuable resource, here’s something simple you can do.
Subscribers to Friends Journal will get a free QuakerSpeak poster with the April issue. You can put that up in your Meeting or in a local coffeeshop, or wherever. If you’re not a subscriber yet, go to FriendsJournal.org/subscribe to see the options there. You can also print the poster out yourself at QuakerSpeak.com/poster
A few years ago we did an experiment with QuakerSpeak as an audio-only podcast. After seeing the positive response, we’ve been looking for ways to make it a more permanent feature of the project. We are now excited to announce that starting in April, we will resume our weekly podcast episodes, with help from our new volunteer podcast editor, Charles Marshione. QuakerSpeak.com/podcast
