When I founded Music Hackspace 15 years ago, I was driven by two parallel passions, both of which I still hold very dear.

The first is a fascination in the places where art and coding intersect, and the thrilling opportunities new tech opens up for artists. The second is my belief that lifelong learning is essential. That’s why Music Hackspace encourages curiosity and self-improvement as much as possible.

So it’s been wonderful to see how Music Hackspace has, over the years, brought together a global community of like-minded artists, developers, and creative coders — from enthusiastic learners all the way up to industry experts. And we’re only just getting started, because learning never ends!
