I seriously can't thank everyone enough for all of the love, comments, shares and general support you've given this channel over the past 7 years. I've been doing YouTube for fun basically all of my life (on past channels I will never hopefully never let you find) and I had no idea that all these years later I would be able to say that making videos for the internet would be how I'm able to make a living for myself. There's almost 100,000 of you Blockheads now and that number is so incomprehensively large that it's so hard to process just how many human beings that is. That's almost half the population of my home town here to listen to my music. I know how much my audience loves A Hat In Time, so to close off the week I decided to take on a highly requested track- Welcome To Mafia Town by the ever-talented Pascal Michael Stiefel! When someone mentions spooky songs in Nintendo games, nothing quite sends chills up my spine like the theme of the alien being of vast power, Giygas! Unlike a lot of the other tunes I cover on the channel, this theme does not offer much in the way of memorable or catchy melodies, but what it lacks in that it more than makes up for in a lot of cool sound samples that turned out to be super fun to flip for a remix! I wanted to take the noise music to a new level with this one, so I hope you enjoy! Stow your fears, say your prayers and get ready for Giygas!

... is what I would say if this were Mario Kart 9! Instead its DLC for Mario Kart 8 Deluxe! Not that Im complaining at all, I adore this game as well as Mario Kart Tour, so seeing the two worlds merge is pretty cool. Speaking of two worlds merging, this track was a collaboration of myself and Cochu, a superly-duperly talented producer who I met through the grapevine when putting together the Super Smash Bros Ultimate medley. So glad I did, because Im really proud of how this mix came out and I hope that you can enjoy racing in style whilst listening to this new beat!
