Fallout 76 really feels like an early access game.
Some bugs are very game breaking, like the power armor bug shown in the video that might make you lose both chassis and armor pieces.
It's not like I didn't enjoy the game, even with all these glitches, but I felt like playing an uncompleted game. In my opinion Fallout 76 isn't a total disaster as stated by some reviews, but yeah... It's definitely not the great game everyone was expecting.
