This has nothing to do with the "Official" Back to the future NES game, this is more like a title hack of Master Blaster title-hacked to say "BACK GOTO FUTURE4".
The game itself is pretty fun, you control a car that can also jump, sort of like in Felix the Car; you also can exit your car at any time and get different special weapons while in the car, etc
