► Okay so we are back with this different type of video yet again and I thought what better than to end the year off with an update. I have taken time during this year bit by bit to record, note down or just make sure I had footage in general so that I could provide an update from last year. This time round though we are talking about progression with my eating disorder and the work I have done in terms of exercising and how I feel with how far I have come, this is just another time of me being honest & open and hopefully it will help some of you out. It is a lot shorter than last year so maybe that will make it easier to digest in the end.
