Hi peeps! In this video, I try to showcase what a normal (for me) weekend with depression looks like. I don't look my best, I sleep a lot, I am sad, I am happy... all that jazz. This is what mental health looks like when you're not at your best and I don't feel we have a lot of that shown in our community so... against my better judgment, here's a vlog of me reading while depressed and how it's possible but also HARD.
