Hey y'all hows it going? Welcome to Writemas! This year I felt pretty disheartened by the November Writing Challenge not coming to fruition so I have decided to take part in Writemas! For the next 12 days until Christmas I am going to be making daily vlogs of my experience :)
Instead of making a goal like a word count I have made very specific goals about my writing projects and each day I have a new writing prompt. Here are my goals:
Day One: Write more scenes and experiences about the best friend who dies at the start of the book ✅
Day Two: Write the ultimate betrayal scene ✅
Day Three: Map out the official power structure of a totalitarian government from my story ✅
Day Four: Go more in depth with your side characters. Make them a Save The Cat Beat Sheet with their want vs. needs 🟡
Day Five: Download the official book cover for Sleepless Wonder 🟡
Day Six: Go more in depth with your villains - what is their want vs. need, are they redeemable or not? 🟡
Day Seven: Outline the pre-evolution of the fall of the society in your story
Day Eight: Figure out how IK fits in the story - perhaps make a connection
with S knowing things about rodeos in order to defeat him
Day Nine: Figure out what my trilogies main character want vs. need is. Perhaps they are different each book and there is an overarching one throughout the series
Day Ten: Write missing scene where A talks to both R and L about their prospective jobs
Day Eleven: Write a chronological order synopsis for Escape the Safehouse with character back story
Day Twelve: Figure out the cellar system that St uses when the small camp pits are invaded
